Enfield's 'Wolfboy' takes his first bite of Hollywood

AN Enfield schoolboy will make his Hollywood debut in the spine-chilling film The Wolfman starring acting legend Sir Anthony Hopkins.

Jordan Coulson, 16, of St George's Street, Forty Hill, appears as creepy character Wolfboy and plays a small but pivotal role in the $85 million blockbuster filmed in the UK.

The Enfield Grammar School pupil will appear in cinema screens across the UK alongside big names like Hopkins, Benicio Del Toro and British actress Emily Blunt when the film debuts on Wednesday, February 10.

Directed by Joe Johnston, the vision behind Jurassic Park III, The Wolfman is a remake of a 1941 horror film of the same name.

Set in Victorian England, the Universal Pictures production centres on Del Toro's character, Lawrence Talbot, unravelling a mystery following a spate of suspicious killings in his hometown of Blackmoor.

Jordan, who honed his acting skills at Centre Stage School of Performing Arts, in Cannons Road, Southgate, will attend the premiere showing at Enfield's Cineworld on Wednesday followed by a private celebration with family and friends.

He is now preparing to start filming the latest Harry Potter movie and will appear at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in August.
