Police investigate smash and grab in Chorleywood

A computer was stolen in Chorleywood last week by thieves who smashed the rear windows of a car.

The car was parked on Chorleywood Common when the theft occurred at about 8pm.

Police are investigating.

I do hope that the 'unlucky' victim has an insurance policy that does not pay out for the computer. That will teach them not to be so stupid to leave it on view. Did they honestly think it woul be there when they returned to their car?
