He has been identified as 23-year-old Osman Ali Waraich of Laggans Road, Maidenhead.
Mr Waraich was declared dead at the scene of the crash after his car was involved in a collision with an Arriva Park and Ride bus on Monday morning.
The accident happened at around 9.45am on the Cressex Industrial Estate.
The driver of the bus was airlifted to John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford, with the four passengers escaping unhurt.
