Thieves assaulted a woman before stealing her car in Battersea last Thursday.
Police were called shortly after 6.30pm, on January 21, to reports a 48-year-old female had been assaulted and her car stolen from Surrey Lane, near the Prince of Wales Pub.
A Wandsworth police spokesman said: “Officers attended and spoke to the female who was suffering from swelling and grazing to the hand following the assault.
“Her car, a blue BMW Z4 was seen driving off down Surrey Lane.
“Enquires are ongoing and there have been no arrests at this time.”
The first suspect is described as a black male in his 20s, 6ft and skinny build. He was wearing a dark parker jacket, possibly with a fur trim on the hood, which was up.
The second male is described as a black male, wearing a dark hoody and slightly shorter than the first suspect.
Police are particularly keen to speak to anyone who was in the pub or surrounding roads at the time, and noticed men matching the description or acting suspiciously.
