A HEALTH TRUST is holding an event to help people keep their New Year's resolutions to stop smoking.
NHS West Kent is hosting the event tomorrow (Jan 6) at the Thamesgate Shopping Centre in Gravesend.
The advice offered will be personalised for those who are thinking about quitting and options will be offered on how to break the habit.
Non-smokers are also welcome to discuss any concerns they may have about family members or friends who smoke.
NHS West Kent's public health specialist Sharon Ives said: “It’s not just a ‘one-size-fits-all’ service in west Kent.
"We know that taking the decision to stop smoking is very personal and we support each individual in the way that best suits them.”
If you are interested in stopping smoking call 01622 723836.
