Neighbouring Beaconsfield was third on the list, with the average household producing 28.79 tonnes per year.
High Wycombe was 44th, with its 25.55 tonnes per household still well above the national average of 21.95 tonnes.
The lowest emissions were produced in the Glasgow North East constituency, where the average home emits 16.37 tonnes of CO2 annually.
