NHS Enfield has issued a series of toasty tips advising residents how to stay healthy as the cold weather approaches.
It is supporting the Department of Health’s annual "Keep Warm, Keep Well" campaign, which aims to prevent unnecessary illness and death during the winter months.
Dr Shahed Ahmad, director of public health at NHS Enfield, said: “Cold weather brings risks to vulnerable people across society, including older people and people with long-term medical conditions.
"It is vital people look after themselves and stay warm and healthy over the winter months.
"We’re not just asking people to look after themselves, but also to look out for vulnerable people they know who might need their help to stay warm this winter.”
