A DISTRAUGHT High Wycombe family have offered a £200 reward for the safe return of their pet dog, who disappeared on Sunday.

Guinness, a black and white Staffordshire bull terrier, was last seen by owners Lee Austin and Louise Cross at their home in Everest Road at about 2pm.

Miss Cross said the last confirmed signing of Guinness was in nearby Hillary Road at 4pm.

She said his disappearance had badly affected her young daughter, Demi.

She said: “She's been lost without him. She's not wanted to go to school and I can hear her crying in her sleep.

“I just hope someone's looking after him and can give him back. He's so loving he will go off with anyone.

“I have rung loads of places, you name I've phoned them, but no one has seen him.”

Guinness is described as having big ears and a slight limp in one of his back legs.

Anyone who has seen him can contact Miss Cross on 07774584831 or Mr Austin on 07500283202.
