LOUGHTON: Bar owner arrested over 'attack'

THE owner of a Loughton nightspot has been arrested over an alleged attack outside his bar.
Adam Brooks, who runs Nu Bar in the High Road, is currently on police bail after being arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm on Saturday October 17.
Mr Brooks, 29, said: "I can't comment until the police investigation is over.
"I'm confident it's going to go away."
He has been bailed to return to police on Friday November 20.
Mr Brooks has not been charged with any offence.
