Chelsea flower man comes to Enfield hospice

THE DARLING of the Chelsea flower show is holding a flower arranging demonstration at a community hospice in Enfield.

Hans Haverkamp, who won Best in Show and Gold at Chelsea Flower Show in 2007, has agreed to divulge his methods in a 90 minute demonstration in aid of the Nightingale Community Hospice in Lancaster Road.

Mr Haverkamp will be giving residents some inspiration for a verdant Christmas on Saturday 7th November at Garden Centre Warmerdams of Cattlegate Road, Crews Hill.

The festivities will open coffee at 10:00am and conclude with a buffet lunch, which is included in the price of a ticket.

Warmerdam will offer a 10 per cent discount on purchases of products used in the demonstration, all of which are available in store.

There are a hundred places available. Tickets are £12.50 and are available from the Nightingale Community Hospice Trust on 020 8366 9674 or by email mary@nightingalehospice.org.uk. All proceeds go to the hospice.
