A SERIOUS of burglaries and car thefts have been reported by police.

At about 9:05pm on Monday 26th, the occupant of a premise in Roebuck Avenue, High Wycombe, was disturbed by a male outside their bedroom window. It was also noticed that the window was open, having previously been closed. The male told the occupant he was a Police Officer and that he had caught someone climbing out of the window. The male was described as white, short, wearing a black bobble hat, and bomber jacket. It is believed that no entry was gained to the premises and nothing stolen.
At about 11:40pm on Monday 26th, offenders gained entry to the rear garden of a premise in Hennerton Way, High Wycombe, and were in the process of attempting to gain entry via a rear door, when they were disturbed by the occupants, and ran off. No entry was gained and nothing stolen. One offender was seen and is described as wearing a grey hooded top, dark trousers and white trainers. Officer in Case:- PC 5275 DODDS.
Between 7:00pm and 11:00pm on Monday 26th, offenders gained entry to a premise in Hatters Lane, High Wycombe, via the front door. A search of the bedrooms was made and property stolen. Officer in Case:- PC 6457 PAINTER.
At about 10:00pm on Monday 26th, three male offenders entered the a store room in the rear yard of a commercial premise in Church Road, Lane End, and while in the process of stealing a keg of larger were challenged by the owner of the property. Two offenders ran off, one is described as wearing a cream coloured hoodie and the other as wearing a green coat. The third male assaulted the owner, before running off, and he is described as 5'8" tall, slim build, dark short hair, and wearing dark clothing. All three offenders were white. Between 7:00pm and 9:30pm on Monday 26th, offenders gained entry to a silver coloured Volkswagen hatchback vehicle, while parked in a Car Park in West Street, Marlow, by smashing the rear windscreen, and stole a Lenovo laptop computer in a bag, together with other property from the boot of the vehicle.
With reference to a Burglary that was reported on 26th October 2009 in Adelaide Road, High Wycombe in which two BMW vehicles were stolen. Both vehicles were found by Police on Monday 26th, abandoned in Lucas Wood Court and Acorn Close off Bowerdean Road, High Wycombe.
With reference to a Burglary that was reported on 26th October 2009 in Arnison Avenue, High Wycombe in which a black Citroen C2 was stolen. The vehicle was found by Police on Monday 26th, abandoned in Tadros Court off Gordon Road, High Wycombe.
With reference to a Burglary that was reported on 17th October 2009 in Hamilton Road, High Wycombe in which a silver coloured Vauxhall Corsa was stolen. The vehicle was found by Police on Monday 26th, abandoned in Acorn Close off Bowerdean Road, High Wycombe.
Overnight Sunday 25th to 7:00am on Monday 26th, offenders gained entry to a premise in Old Vicarage Way, Wooburn Green, by removing a ground floor kitchen window. A set of vehicle keys and a wallet were stolen and subsequently a black coloured Mercedes SLK280 was stolen from outside the premises.
Between 10:00pm on Sunday 25th and 8:30am on Monday 26th, offenders gained entry to a blue coloured Fiat Bravo vehicle, while parked in Hylton Avenue, High Wycombe, by smashing the rear windscreen with a brick and stole a set of speakers.
Between 11:00pm on Sunday 25th and 5:40am on Monday 26th, offenders gained entry to a premise in Adelaide Road, High Wycombe, via the front door. A Toshiba laptop computer and cash were stolen together with two sets of vehicle keys. Subsequently a blue BMW 5 series vehicle and a silver coloured BMW 525 estate vehicle were stolen. Between 11:35pm on Sunday 25th and 3:05am on Monday 26th, offenders gained entry to a premise in Arnison Avenue, High Wycombe, and stole two sets of vehicle keys. Subsequently a black Citroen C2 was stolen, and a blue Vauxhall Corsa was driven from the premises and abandoned in the roadway nearby. The keys to this vehicle were taken by the offenders. It is believed the offence may have occurred at about 1:45am as the aggrieved was woken by their dog barking. Officer in Case:- PC 6088 TIMMIS.
Between 9:00pm on Saturday 24th and 8:30am on Sunday 25th, offenders gained entry to an insecure silver coloured Ford Focus vehicle, while parked in a Car Park in Windrush Drive, High Wycombe, and stole a black coloured Orange laptop computer together with clothing.
Between 6:00pm on Friday 23rd and 12:30pm on Saturday 24th, offenders stole the front and rear registration plates from a blue coloured Audi A4 vehicle, while parked in Carrington Road, High Wycombe.
Between 9:00pm on Friday 23rd and 5:30am on Saturday 24th, offenders gained entry to a commercial premise in Desborough Road, High Wycombe, by cutting through a chain-link fence, and stole a large quantity of diesel fuel from a vehicle parked in the yard.
Between midnight and 12:30am on Saturday 24th, a vehicle was heard to drive off at speed without lights from Rupert Avenue, High Wycombe. It was later discovered that the front and rear registration plates from a black coloured Renault Megane vehicle had been stolen.
Between Thursday 22nd and Friday 23rd, offenders gained entry to a premise in West Wycombe Road, High Wycombe, by forcing the front door. An untidy search was made and property including an Acer laptop computer, Jewellery, power tools and cash were stolen. Officer in Case:- PC 6338 DAVIS.
Between 6:00pm and 10:25pm on Friday 23rd, offenders gained entry to a premise in Hennerton Way, High Wycombe, by first gaining entry to the garden shed and then using tools from there to gain access to the house, by forcing a rear ground floor door. Property including a Dell laptop computer and accessories were stolen. Officer in Case:- PC 6683 QUICK.
Between 4:30pm on Saturday 24th and 11:30am on Sunday 25th, offenders gained entry to a garden shed at a premise in Ash Road, Princes Risborough, by removing padlocks and stole a green and white coloured Kawasaki KX85 off road motor cycle.
Between 10:00am on Saturday 24th and 1:45pm on Sunday 25th, offenders gained entry to a garden shed at a premise in Fennels Way, Flackwell Heath, by forcing the door. A number of power tools and garden tools were stolen, together with a ladies purple coloured Carrera mountain bike with a child's seat on the back, a gents grey coloured Saracen mountain bike, a gents black and red coloured Shockwave mountain bike and a child's red coloured Monkey mountain bike.
Between 4:00pm on Friday 23rd and 12:45pm on Sunday 25th, offenders stole the front and rear registration plates from a black Saab vehicle while parked in Claremont Gardens, Marlow.
Between 5:00pm on Saturday 24th and noon Sunday 25th, offenders gained entry to an allotment shed in Mundaydean Lane, Marlow, and stole a red coloured Mantis petrol driven rotovator and a Ryobi garden strimmer.
Between 1:00am and 7:15am on Sunday 25th, offenders cut the padlock on the field gate and gained entry to a storage building in a field off Berwick Road, Marlow. A quantity of property, including horse travel boots, a horse rug, a lunging head collar, feed bucket, broom and hay net was stolen, together with a white coloured Ifor Williams horse box.
