Woman stabbed to death in Harrow-on-the-Hill home

A MURDER investigation has been launched after the body of a woman was found in a house in Harrow-on-the-Hill.

Olga Pleguezuelos, 35, was found stabbed to death in the house in Elmfield Close by police, who were called at around 6.30am on Monday.

They arrested a 53-year-old man at the scene, who was suffering from neck and wrist injuries. He has been taken to hospital for treatment and officers are waiting to question him.

A post mortem into Ms Pleguezuelos' death found she died of multiple stab wounds.

Acting Detective Chief Inspector Glen Lloyd, from the Met's Homicide and Serious Crime Command, is leading the murder investigation.
