FIREFIGHTERS from two south Bucks fire stations will be getting their buckets and sponges out next weekend to raise money for their charity.
You can have your car cleaned by crews at Beaconsfield and Gerrards Cross fire stations from 10am to 3pm on Saturday 19 in return for a donation to the Fire Fighters Charity.
The event is taking place on National Car Wash Day and gives firefighters the opportunity to interact with a large cross-section of their community, and promote important community safety initiatives.
The Fire Fighters Charity provides assistance to serving and retired fire and rescue service staff, their families and dependants.
