A FAILED asylum seeker from Harrow has been jailed after being caught with forged passports and identity cards.
Sri Lankan national Sivabalan Durai, of St Margaret's Avenue, was arrested during a raid on Super Toughened Glass, a manufacturing firm based in Park Royal.
He was found with a fake French passport, two forged National Insurance cards, two UK passports and a driving licence.
Durai was charged with possessing fraudulent documents alongside Sakthivel Sanjeevan, of Halsbury Road East, Northolt, also a failed asylum seeker.
They were both arrested alongside two other glass workers on July 2. At Croydon Crown Court on Friday, the pair were jailed for four months each.
The two other men were arrested and bailed, and Super Toughened Glass now faces a fine of up to £40,000 for employing the men.
