THE Times newspaper's food expert Beverley Glock will be offering cookery advice on how to spice up those summer parties this week.
Her Summer Entertaining for Friends presentation will see cooking demonstrations, tasting sessions and culinary tips on how to cater for large parties as part of the ongoing Princes Risborough Town Festival.
Mrs Glock, who is managing director of Splat Cookery School, said: “My recipes are designed to be quick and easy to prepare, taste fantastic and allow you to enjoy your dinner party with minimum phaffing about.”
The workshop, which takes place from 7.30pm on Friday at the Guide Hut in Longwick Road, Princes Risborough, costs £10 per person.
