Kew Lights run between November 16th and January 8th. They are found in Kew Botanical Gardens, in Kew. 

 

People have flocked to this event for years, due to its stunning light displays, numerous incredible food stops and the few rides to cap it off. You can enter from three different entrances, The Victoria Gate, The Elizabeth Gate and The Brentford Gate. It begins each day at 4.20 PM to 10PM, with the last entry at 8PM. The cost for a Standard advance adult: Off peak £21.50/ Peak £28.00, with a Kew member: Off peak £18.50/ Peak £25.00.

 

There are a few main factors about why Kew Lights are so special, firstly its amazing light displays and scenic trails mean you never get bored and it makes it an easy way to get some fresh air. Additionally, it contains many delicious food stalls along the trail, these included churros, burgers, and bars with many wonderful beverages, giving you a different means of entertainment whilst walking, and thirdly, it has multiple trails so you can keep returning if you want a different experience. Finally, Kew Lights contain a mini funfair, and this can provide entertainment for kids and adults alike.

 

Kew is a great option over light displays in central London because it is local, family friendly and really accessible.
