KEY training provider eTraining Limited has celebrated its 10th anniversary with a relocation to Bromley Common from the town centre.
An expanding workload for the company has led to the recruitment of more staff, including Niccie Ford, who has joined as administrative consultant.
Niccie's role includes working with Pauline Mills, ensuring all the required Government paperwork is up to scratch for the company, which delivers NVQs in health and social care, customer service and administration.
Crucial to eTraining's expansion is Paul Buxton, who joined the team in February in a business development role.
The company currently works with more than 27 employers , including Carewatch, Surecare and Supporta PLC, with more than 150 employees enrolled on their courses.
Director Tim Rowe said: "Working with Public Limited Companies (PLCs) means it's now only a matter of time before our business is nationwide."
With Edexcel accreditation and a contract with the Learning and Skills Council, eTraining has plans for further development.
Tim added: "We have already been approached to run training in Stockport and Aberdeen."
Companies already in eTraining's impressive client base include Renault, Vauxhall and Toyota, which have used courses in performance management and customer service.
Two new staff appointments for NVQ assessors are being made to cater for the expansion and support of the existing team.
The next step for the company is a management training NVQ, which will be partially delivered online through the company's website, etraining-uk.com.
