With nine stores located throughout London, Forbidden planet is one of the largest pop culture destination stores in Europe. With the Megastore stationed at 179 Shaftesbury Ave, London WC2H 8JR, it is known for its seemingly endless collection of everything from comics, to sci-fi novels to collectables.
Opening hours of 10am-6pm throughout the week, 10am-7pm on Saturday and 12pm to 6pm on Sundays, the store has become a hotspot for those who indulge in the fantasy it offers.
The stores big spaces easily allows those to get lost in roaming and browsing, and with kind and efficent customer service the experience there overall is very welcoming.
Forbidden Planet offers an online store and often reviewed with good customer service.
However, some prices may very from a bargain to a bit over priced in comparrison to alternative stores- but overall the conditions of the products and prices are overal affordable and worth it.
When considering a place to shop for comics, mangas or interests alike, Forbidden Planet is one definitely reccomended.
