This hugely popular television series stars Stephen Tompkinson (Ballykissangel, Shakespeare Retold) as Danny Trevanion, a widowed suburban vet who takes his family on holiday to South Africa to return an endangered monkey and then, after falling in love with Africa, decides to stay and start a new life for them all. The stellar cast includes Amanda Holden (Cutting it, Hearts and Bones) as Sarah Trevanion, Hayley Mills (The Parent Trap, Back Home) and Jessie Wallace (Eastenders, Miss Marie Lloyd - Queen Of The Music Hall).
