CANARY Wharf Ice Rink, sponsored by BGC, has come up with the perfect solution to banish the post-Christmas blues.

In conjunction with your Guardian, it is offering a FREE office outing for up to ten people. The rink, situated in Canada Square Park, is surrounded by Canary Wharf's world famous towers and has been decked out with thousands of fairy lights, making it a real winter wonderland.

It is open seven days a week and there is a fantastic viewing gallery attached to the rink side bar, Celsius, which is 50 per cent larger than last year's bar and sells an array of food and drink. Opening times are Monday to Saturday, 9.45am until 11pm (last session starts at 10pm), and Sundays between 9.45am and 7.30pm (last session starts at 6.30pm).

Adult skating costs from £10, concessions are £9 and children's tickets cost £7.50.
