A POLICEMAN has died following an incident in Wembley this evening.
The officer, who has not yet been named, died after being called to a domestic altercation at Brinkburn Gardens in Wembley at around 5.45pm today.
A man was arrested for assault on a police officer at the scene. The officer assaulted later collapsed at the scene. He was taken to hospital by the London Ambulance Service, but was pronounced dead.
A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder.
