A contentious application by mobile phone firm T-Mobile to hide a communication mast in an Abbots Langley pub chimney has been rebuffed by councillors.

Three Rivers District Council has ruled the proposed development, at the Royal Oak, Kitters Green, would be aesthetically damaging to the grade two listed building.
