The thefts were reported on Thursday morning
Two men are in custody after vehicles were broken into in Hall Place yesterday morning.
The pair were discovered by a member of the public before fleeing the site in a silver car.
Later that day, police were called to reports of two men in a silver car breaking into vehicles on Welling Way.
Police attended the scene and arrested a 22 year old and a 30 year old on suspicion of theft from a vehicle.
Hall Place has been a site of crime and controversy over the last week.
On Tuesday, it was announced that the Place's mental health mushroom garden had to close due to vandalism.
