Happy Friday everybody. It’s finally the end of the week but there are one or two travel issues to be mindful of today
Here is your morning update for April 27.
Travel
On the A40 Western Avenue to Greenford there is slow traffic in the roadwaorks area, and a road closed due a burst water main on the Pitshanger Lane, Ealing.
Traffic slowing for an accident on the M40 Southbound between J2 A355 and J1A M25. There are two separate accidents on the opposite side of the carriageway.
Tube
There are lines partly-suspended on the District Line between Turnham Green and Ealing Broadway due to a faulty train at Acton Town.
On the Jubilee Line, no service between Wembley Park and Stanmore due to a power failure.
On the Piccadilly Line no service westbound between Hammersmith and all Heathrow terminals and Uxbridge. Minor delays on the rest of the line also.
Weather
Getting off to a cool and damp start this morning, temperatures of around 13C throughout the day and showers too.
A slight break from the rain from 12pm and then more showers in the afternoon before it starts to clear later in the evening.
Tomorrow a cloudy day and no rain expected. Highs of 13C.
