THE forward sale of 207 homes at St. Andrew’s Park, Uxbridge, for £75m will accelerate future work on the former RAF site.
The Triangle site is a 249-apartment development spread over four blocks, providing 207 private rented homes, which have been bought by Annington.
The remaining 42 affordable homes were sold to Catalyst Housing.
The former RAF base includes the Battle of Britain Bunker, which controlled the UK’s air defence during the Battle of Britain.

The homes also sit on the edge of London’s newest park, a 32-acre area of woodland and parkland along the River Pinn.
A new 720-pupil primary school has already been built there.
Tim Seddon, Property Director South East for St Modwen, said: “This forward sale is a very significant milestone as it accelerates the supply of much-needed homes while enabling us to release more land for homes for private sale.”
The topping-out ceremony of The Triangle with contractor Galliford Try took place last month and the apartments are scheduled for completion in stages between November and May 2019.
