If you have a spare million or two lying about, you just might be able to buy your very own pub.

That is because West Norwood boozer the White Hart, which has been closed for a couple of years, in finally on the market.

Real estate company Savills recently listed the pub for sale on its website for a cool £2.5 million, although you might have to re-furnish it for yourself.

"The majority, if not all, fixtures and fittings have been removed," Savills' description of the pub said on its website.

"Any remaining will be included.

"An end-terraced corner public house constructed over part two and three storeys above street level with a basement floor.

"The property has mainly brick elevations under a flat roof and with wooden-framed fenestration."

Despite the pub being closed for trading at this point, it is still permitted to sell alcohol Monday to Thursday 10am - midnight, Friday and

Saturday 10am - 1am and Sunday 11am - midnight.
