A post office in Haringey is to close temporarily.
The office and UOE Store in Muswell Hill will close from Monday February 12 at 6pm until Wednesday March 28 at 10am.
Once refitted the Post Office will have more counter positions and staff as well as photograph services for passports, document copying, printing and binding.
Elliot Jacobs, the UOE managing director, said: “I apologise for the inconvenience this will undoubtedly cause, but the new, modernised Post Office will be better to serve the local community.
“Since UOE took over the running of the Post Office last November, we have already extended the opening hours and now provide a 7-day counter service.”
The nearest alternative Post Office are East Finchley Post Office,120 High Road, and Crouch End Post Office, 26 – 28 Topsfield Road.
