4. Erlanger Road, London
This six bedroomed Victorian house is available for £1.42 million. A cellar, perfect for a wine collection, and a 'park like garden' both come with the house.
5. Jerningham Road, London
This modern five bedroomed Victorian home was built in 2012. It is now being sold for £1.4 million and has three storey's with balconies overlooking the garden.
6. Waller Road, London
For £1.32 million this house and its six bedrooms and three bathrooms will be yours. It is located in the Telegraph Hill Conservation area .
7. Foyle Road, Blackheath
This four bedroomed mid terrace Victorian property is on sale for £1.3 million and is close to both Maze Hill and Westcombe Park Stations.
