Two teenagers arrested on suspicion of violent disorder have been bailed.
The two boys, aged 16 and 16, were arrested on January 10 after going to a central London police station, and have since been bailed.
The arrests were part of an investigation into the murder of Vijay Patel, 49, of Colindale, who was assaulted along with another shopkeeper outside his place of work, Rota Express, in The Broadway, Mill Hill.
Police were called to the shop by London Ambulance Service at around 11.45pm on January 6.
Mr Patel was taken to hospital in central London but died on January 8.
A post-mortem, held yesterday at Northwick Park Hospital, gave the provisional cause of death as head injuries.
The colleague was also assaulted but suffered only minor injuries, and did not require hospital treatment.
A 16 year old boy has been charged with the murder and will appear at the Old Bailey today (January 12).
