Shoplifting occurs more in Croydon Town Centre and Broad Green than it does in the rest of Croydon combined.
This comes after the latest figures recorded by the Met Police were released which showed that 165 cases of shoplifting were reported in Croydon for the month of September.
The statistics are broken down into 14 categories, ranging from anti-social behaviour, to possession of weapons, to drugs.

For the 27 different policing boroughs there is a clear difference when it comes to shoplifting
Croydon Town Centre (60) and Broad Green (31) dwarf the rest of the borough, while six different wards didn't see a single reported case of shoplifting for the month.
