You can now take your kids to the cinema for free in Croydon.

For three weeks in November, kids aged between 5 and 19 can watch movies ranging from Zootropolis to Rogue One: A Star Wars Story for free as part of the Into Film Festival.

The festival which returns from November 8-24 as a way to "put film at the heart of young people’s learning."

“I cannot state how wonderful this experience was for my pupils," a teacher said of the festival in 2016.

"I felt honoured to be able to take some of these children to the cinema for the first time.

"I believe this is a trip which they will remember and think back on for a very long time.

"I teach in a deprived area and this trip was very special for staff and pupils alike.”
