BEAT, the eating disorder charity, will be holding its first Walk and Talk London, a sponsored walk in the grounds of Osterley Park on Saturday, November 4, beginning outside the café at 11.30am.
Members of the public as well Beat ambassadors will take a relaxed stroll through the park, taking in the autumn colours and Georgian landscape.
It will also be an opportunity to collect funds for Beat while raising awareness of eating disorders.
Toby Upson, regional officer, said: “Sufferers of eating disorders face stigma, secrecy and misunderstanding every day.
