A woman has been rescued and 12 others evacuated after a flat fire in South Norwood this morning.
Two fire engines and 10 firefighters were called to the flat on Coe Avenue at 9:12am.
A spokesman for London Fire Brigade said "40 per cent of the first floor flat was damaged by fire."
"One woman, who is suffering with smoke inhalation and receiving treatment at the scene, was rescued from the first floor by crew using breathing apparatus."

The fire was put out just before 10am.
The cause of the fire in unknown at this stage.
