A teenager has admitted racially aggravated assault after he was arrested in Plumstead.

The 16-year-old boy was caught by Greenwich Police on Plumstead High Street on Friday, June 9.

He was charged with four counts of racial public order and three counts of assault on police.

He appeared at Bromley youth court on Monday, June 12, where he pleaded guilty to racially aggravated assault and racially aggravated public order.

He has been released by the court on bail to be sentenced on June 19 for both these matters and an unrelated matter which he was wanted for.
