Man appears in court on danger driving charges after woman paralysed in West Norwood
A woman has been left paralysed following an incident in West Norwood.
Pascoe Petgrave, 21, of no fixed abode but from the Croydon area was charged on May 26 with causing serious injury by dangerous driving; dangerous driving and three counts of making off without payment.
He appeared in custody at Inner London Crown Court today (June 9) and was further remanded in custody. A pre-trial hearing is scheduled to take place at the same court on June 23.
The incident occurred in Norwood High Street, SE27, near Scandals Night Club at about 4.40am on May 29 last year.
