Two arrests have been made in what has become known as the Tom Hardy Hollywood hero chase.
Now Metropolitan Police has released a statement confirming the arrests of two teenagers on suspicion of theft.
According to the Met the youths were arrested after a crash between a motorcycle and a car in Sheen Road, Richmond, at about 12.34pm on Sunday, April 23.
Two 16-year-old boys who had been on the bike then tried to flee, but the passenger was detained by passing police officers.
The rider was caught by "a member of the public" widely believed to be the Hollywood A-lister, in nearby Church Road.
Both teenagers sustained injures as result of the crash and were initially taken to a south London hospital before being transferred into custody at a west London police station.
The passenger was arrested for suspicion of taking a vehicle without consent and allowing themselves to be carried while the rider was arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle and being disqualified from driving.
