A suspected human trafficker was flown into Biggin Hill airport and taken by Kent Police.
Romas Drulia, 34, was arrested while trying to cross the border in Sweicko between Poland and Germany on February 15.
He has been charged with 13 offences relating to trafficking women for sexual exploitation.
A European arrest warrant had previously been issued for his arrest.
The brothels he is alleged to have run were located in Rochester, Gillingham, Chatham and Maidstone and are reported to have been run between April 2013 and October 2015.
The charges include three counts of human trafficking for sexual exploitation, six counts of controlling prostitution for gain and four counts of managing a brothel for prostitution.
He arrived into Biggin Hill airport on March 2 and will appear at Maidstone Crown Court on March 31.
