Enfield’s business-savvy youngsters are on their way to success after signing up to a course to fine-tune their commercial skills.
The students will join the the Business Management Career Academy at The College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London (CONEL) this year.
With the support of experienced mentors from businesses, including Lloyds Banking Group, HM Treasury and BT, the teenagers will learn key skills for the industry to ensure they can be at the top of their game.
Many of those who have joined the Academy in the past have gone on to secure employment in business or spots at university.
A student enrolled on the course, 16-year-old Aurelia Obuchowska, said: “I hope to learn and gain more confidence working with and talking to business people so that they get a good impression of me, which will also help me in the long run.”
