Emergency services were called to Plumstead train station over concerns for the welfare of a man.
British Transport Police (BTP), the Met and London Ambulance Service attended the station at 10.30pm last night (October 25).
A spokesman for BTP said the man was taken to a “place of safety”.
Southeastern trains between Charlton and Slade Green were delayed while the incident was being dealt with.
