A man murdered in Battersea died after being stabbed through the heart.
Police launched a murder investigation on Wednesday after a 35-year-old man was found with severe stab wounds on the Winstanley Estate just after 6pm.
The man’s next of kin have been informed but formal identification has not yet taken place.
A police spokesman said a post-mortem examination on Friday revealed the victim died from a stab wound to the heart.
Two other men, aged 35 and 33, were also stabbed on the estate.
Both have since been discharged from hospital.
No arrests have been made and police are appealing for any witness to the attack.
