A Plumstead drug dealer has admitted drug offences after he was caught with a car-load of cash and cannabis - while he was on bail for being caught in a car with cash and cannabis.

Mousin Waheed, 25, of Gallosson Road, Plumstead, pleaded guilty on Thursday, June 30 at Woolwich Crown Court to being concerned in the supply of class B drugs, possession with intent to supply class B drugs and two counts of possession of criminal property.

On October 31, 2015, Plumstead local policing team stopped Waheed's car in Barth Road.

A search uncovered herbal cannabis and £1,760 in cash.

He was arrested and released on police bail pending further enquiries.

Then on January 20, 2016 Waheed was stopped again by officers from Plumstead local policing team driving a luxury hire car in Hartville Road.

Officers found 56 bags of individually wrapped deals of cannabis with a street value of £1,120 and a total of £3,340 in cash.

Waheed was subsequently charged.

He will be sentenced on July 28.

PC Aaron Saunders, from Greenwich Gangs Unit, said: "The Greenwich Gangs Unit proactively targets drug supply and the criminal activity that goes with it on a regular basis.

"We will not tolerate this type of activity and those who choose to live this lifestyle should keep looking over their shoulders - we will confiscate your drugs and have your assets seized.
