An obstacle race – including the biggest inflatable slide in Europe – is heading to Kempton Park Racecourse.
Daredevil runners taking part in the Adrenaline Rush on Saturday, July 16, will also see 35 per cent of their entrance fee going to Macmillan Cancer Support.
The race features a minimum of 20 obstacles, including a 16ft leap of faith, log balances, vault walls, water pits, net climbs, wipeout runs and gladiators to dodge over a 5km or 10km course suitable for all abilities, individuals or teams.
This year there is also a Young Rushers option for children aged 14 and over, entering alongside an adult.
Entry costs from £50. Go to theadrenalinerush.com
