Pupils are thrilled to see their paintings hanging on the wall at their very own pop-up art gallery.

School children at Pupils at Moss Hall Infant school, Moss Hall Grove, Finchley, have previously worked with several artists to create pieces based on their winter watch walk down at Dollis Brook.

Sophia of year 2 Hoverfly class said: “It looked beautiful as there were so many paintings and it was really cool buying my own painting.”

Teacher Maria Felstead was one of the many members of staff that helped the children host the pop-up shop at 10 Grand Arcade North Finchley last week.

One year 2 teacher said: “The pop up art gallery has been inspiring for our children. Year 2 have just been to the National Portrait Gallery so it has been fantastic for them to see their artwork displayed in a gallery space in their local area.”

The pop-up shop is open every afternoon for the next two weeks, and will host works from year 2 and reception children.
