A man has been found dead in the Diana Fountain at Bushy Park.
Police and London Ambulance Service (LAS) were called to the Richmond park at 9.10am to reports of a body in the water.
A police spokesman said: "The man was pronounced dead at the scene at 11.27am.
“At this stage the death is not believed to be suspicious.”
A spokeswoman for LAS said the service sent a single responder in a car to the scene.
An eye witness said there were four police cars, a paramedic car and something covered in white plastic next to the fountain.
They also said they thought there was a police diver.
