DEVELOPERS have secured a site to build nearly 200 homes in Mill Hill.
Wilmott Dixon has agreed to buy the 1.1hectare site at Millbrook Park from The Inglis Consortium to develop 188 homes – 29 of which it says will be affordable.
The scheme, to be called Prime Place, has outline planning permission, and a reserved matters application will be submitted to Barnet Council in spring 2016.
Keith Hurford, project director for Millbrook Park, says: “We are pleased to welcome Prime Place to Millbrook Park - their proposals are exciting and will enhance the consortium’s vision of the development as a quality destination.”
