There will be no trains on the Bexleyheath line between Lewisham and Dartford until at least tomorrow after a second landslide at Barnehurst.
A landslide at 10pm on Monday evening was followed by a further landslide yesterday (January 13), with the line now expected to reopen on Friday (January 15).
Network Rail had sent engineers to fix Monday's landslide, which saw 200 tonnes of soil, rock and trees land on the track, with a view to restoring services by rush hour today, however this has not been possible.
Commuters are venting their frustration this morning, with those who use the Sidcup line complaining of overcrowding on their trains as a result.
Trains not running on Bexleyheath line has made my train from Sidcup far too busy 😠🖕🏻
