A woman in her 70s has suffered "potentially life changing" injuries after she was hit by a car in Crystal Palace.
The incident happened at about midday yesterday (November 4) in Westow Street.
A spokesman for the Met Police said: "The police were called by the London Ambulance Service (LAS) to Westow Street.
"There were reports of a collision between a vehicle and a pedestrian.
"Officers and the LAS attended and a woman in her 70s was found at the location.
"She was taken to a south London hospital in a serious but stable condition, where she remains.
"Her injuries are being treated as potentially life changing."
The driver of the car - a woman - stopped at the scene and was not arrested.
