David Gardner, Rufus Hound and Ben Greenwood
The young cast of Richard III who took part in the War of the Roses production mixed acting with studying.
The two boys, along with Rufus Hound, played roles during the show’s run from September 16 to this weekend at the Rose Theatre.
David Gardner is a year 8 pupil at Grey Court School in Ham. Ben Greenwood attends Kingston Academy.
Another young actor, Louis Thwaites, is a descendent of Elizabeth Woodville, wife of Edward IV. In the play, Louis’ character is the son of Elizabeth Woodville.
