UPDATE: Casey has been found safe and well.
A 12-year-old boy, who has a history of going missing, has not returned home for eight days.
Casey Rooney, of New Addington, was last seen on Sunday, October 18.
Police think Casey may be with older friends. He wrote on social media he planned to return home on Friday, but did not.
He is a light-skinned black boy with freckles on his face and short, curly hair.
He was last seen wearing a dark grey waterproof coat with hood and small Nike logo.
Anyone who has seen him should call Croydon police on 101 quoting reference 15MIS041550.
