Two separate fires in Epsom destroyed a building and 12 lorries on Friday night.
Surrey Fire and Rescue were called out just before 7.30pm to a derelict hospital in Horton Lane.
Four crews were sent to tackle the blaze.
Hours later just after 4.30am four crews were again called out to a haulage company in College Road where 12 lorries were on fire.
Both incidents are said to be under investigation.
